Wish List for Elders/Senior/Kids Meals programs in the kitchen:
- Heavy weight stock pots (at least 10 quart) with lids
- Heavy weight sauce pots (5-8quart) with lids
- Rubber mats for floor
- Dozen cloth aprons
- Corner shelving units for cleaning supplies
- Kitchen aide food processor
- Large rice cooker (10 cup)
- Kitchen-aide mixer
- Stainless steel baking sheets
Technology:
- Leads to technology grants for infrastructure and capacity building
- Software instructors: volunteers to work with Elders, kids and staff in new research lab
